개인정보처리방침

1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 Oh Lab이 내부 업무 자동화를 위해 운영하는 도구(이하 "도구")가 Google 계정에 연결될 때 적용됩니다. 도구는 외부 고객에게 제공되는 서비스가 아니며, Oh Lab 운영자 본인의 계정에만 연결해 사용합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• Google 캘린더 일정(제목·시작/종료 시각·장소): 운영자의 일일 브리핑과 저녁 요약에 오늘·내일 일정을 표시하고, 겹치는 일정을 알려 주기 위해 조회합니다.
• 도구는 캘린더 접근 권한을 받지만 현재는 일정 조회(읽기)만 수행하며, 일정을 만들거나 수정·삭제하지 않습니다.
• 이 외의 Google 계정 정보(이메일 본문, 연락처, 파일 등)는 요청하거나 처리하지 않습니다.

3. 보관과 파기

조회한 일정은 브리핑 문서를 만드는 데만 쓰이고, 그 결과 문서는 운영자의 로컬 컴퓨터에 저장됩니다. 운영자는 언제든 문서를 삭제할 수 있으며, Google 계정의 서드파티 액세스 관리에서 도구의 권한을 해제하면 더 이상 일정을 조회하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

일정 정보를 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 브리핑 문장을 생성하기 위해 일정 제목 등 일부 내용이 AI 언어 모델 제공자(Anthropic, Google 등 — 국외 소재)에 API로 전달될 수 있습니다. 이 전달은 요약 생성 목적에 한정됩니다.

5. Google API 사용자 데이터 정책 준수

Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy applies when Oh Lab's internal automation tool (the "Tool") is connected to a Google account. The Tool is not a public service; it is connected only to the Oh Lab operator's own account.

Data and purpose. The Tool reads Google Calendar events (title, start/end time, location) to show today's and tomorrow's schedule in the operator's daily briefing and evening recap, and to flag overlapping events. Although it is granted calendar access, it currently only reads events and never creates, modifies, or deletes them. No other Google account data is requested or processed.

Storage. Retrieved events are used only to produce briefing documents stored on the operator's local computer. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.

Sharing. Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties. Parts of event text may be sent via API to AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google) solely to generate summaries.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Oh Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
